Introduction
The governing body of YRUU is Youth
Council, which meets annually and creates new initiatives for
the movement over the coming year, as well as reviewing action taken
on the mandates of previous Youth Councils. A Steering
Committee for Continental YRUU is elected from Youth Council
to implement initiatives and guide the course of the movement for
that year.
YRUU as a whole is supported by the
Youth Office of the Unitarian Universalist
Association. The Youth Office serves YRUU by offering effective
youth leadership and empowerment training, as well as assisting
in implementing resolutions of Youth Council and supporting various
continental conferences.

Committees (YACs) and Youth Steering Committees (DYSCs) have their
own site. Others do not, and so the district's home page is linked
instead. When looking for information about YRUU on a district page,
look for "youth", "YRUU", "YAC", "DYSC", or on the district calendar
for youth events.
