LREDA supports and advocates for a growing diversity of religious educators, leaders and programming to serve the expanding diversity of our congregations. We affirm this also within our membership, welcoming women and men of every age, race, physical ability and sexual orientation. We support the anti-oppression and diversity initiatives of the UUA and our congregations.

LREDA does this by providing continuous education, networking and sharing resources, advocating for professional recognition, and providing assistance and encouragement for religious educators. We offer a common forum where we can learn from and share with one another the great variety of skills and depth of knowledge, which we, together, possess
