1. Online registration and payment for conferences. Please look for this in August and use it to register for the Annual Conference in October in Albuquerque.
2. Maps for each state indicating all of our congregations. For now you will find congregational contact information under the Congregations tab. Please check you congregatio's information for accuracy. We have updated all changes that we are aware of in early July.

Other District Highlights
Chris and Steve Sealy performed the new Mountain Desert District song, We Are Blessed, with some help from Dea Brayden at the MDD Ingathering at General Assembly in Ft. Lauderdale. This beautiful song will be in the hands of music directors in the district sometime in the fall. We expect to perform it at the 2009 General Assembly in Salt Lake City.
The Rev. Peter Morales, Senior Minister at Jefferson Unitarian Universalist Church in Golden CO is running for President of the Unitarian Universalist Association. The Rev. Laurel Hallman, First Unitarian Church of Dallas is also running.
MDD was awarded a grant from the Panel on Theological Education to support the ministerial development of UU students at Iliff Theological School. The Boulder Denver Cluster of Congregations will collaborate to offer programs helpful to ministerial students, lay leaders and ministers in preliminary fellowship. We expect that the leadership of the eight congregations in the Boulder Denver Cluster will be strengthened as will the working relationships. . The proposal is considered a model for other urban areas with non UU theological schools.
MDD will elect a new Trustee to the Unitarian Universalist Board of Trustees in the spring of 2009. Lyda Adair has served in this position for the past 7 years. The procedures and nomination forms will be posted within the week. Also mark your calendar for a Candidates Forum in the Denver area on March 14, 2009. Candidates for UUA President and MDD Trustee will speak. The Trustee election will follow immediately.

North Plains Cluster is meeting on Saturday, August 16 in Cheyenne
Boulder Denver Cluster is meeting on Tuesday, September 2 in Lafayette, CO.
The (UU) Sources Cantata, will be performed in Denver on April 25, 2009 by a small orchestra and the massed choirs of the Boulder Denver Cluster. This piece was written by the Revs. Kendyll Gibbons and Jason Shelton

Unitarian Universalist Church of Cheyenne welcomes the Rev. Suzanne Meyer, formerly serving First Unitarian Church of St. Louis, MO.
All Souls Church in Colorado Springs welcomes the Rev. Nori Rost, who is transferring her denominational affiliation to Unitarian Universalism from the Metropolitan Community Church.
Columbine UU Church welcomes the Rev. Barbara Coeyman, recently serving an interim ministry in Stony Point, NY.
Foothills Unitarian Church welcomes the Rev. Maureen White as part time Assistant Minister. Rev. White most recently served as the consulting minister in Grand Junction, CO.
Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Grand Valley welcomes the Rev. Zakir Lawrence Henson as contract consulting minister. Rev. Henson most recently served the UU Church of Greeley, CO.
Unitarian Universalist Church of Greeley welcomes the Rev. Michael Corrigan as their part time minister. Rev. Corrigan previously served as consulting minister in Pueblo, CO.
High Country Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in Dillon welcomes the Rev. Wanda Daniel as their consulting minister.
