There are two fees for NELS:
Financial aid may be available from your church or district. Talk to your Board Chair, Minister, or District Executive for more information.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations, even if initiated by phone, must be sent in writing (email/letter) to the NELS Registrar. If cancellations are received or postmarked by Friday, July 20th, participants will receive a full refund of the individual tuition, room and board fee, minus the $200 deposit. Cancellations made after this time will be subject to charges for any additional costs incurred on the participant's behalf (e.g., meals, room charges, education materials). The NELS Planning Committee reserves the right to address all refunds on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be processed in September. Participant substitutions may be made at any time with the approval of the sponsoring church.
