MUSIC DIRECTOR
First Unitarian Congregation of Waterloo, Ont. invites applications for a part-time Music Director.
We are a diverse, growing and “music loving” congregation of approximately 125 members and 70 children. We seek an enthusiastic music professional to provide leadership for a developing music ministry throughout our congregation. The successful candidate will be comfortable with a wide variety of musical genres and possess a high level of piano performance ability, along with other music proficiencies. The Music Director will provide music for 30 Sunday services and assist with organizing other musical events throughout the year. In addition, s/he will act as a musical resource/expert to encourage existing and potential musical talent within the congregation. This is a great opportunity to work collaboratively with our Minister, Music Committee and other volunteers to grow our music program. Interviews/Auditions are tentatively scheduled for June 20 th & 21st.
